LITURGY GROUP

Many of you may have wondered, as I have in the past, how the many wonderful liturgical celebrations we have in our various churches come about. Since joining the Liturgy Group, I now understand that they are the work of meticulous, behind-the-scenes planning by Fr Fred and a small group of volunteers.

Meetings are held once a month where firstly we consider the various liturgical celebrations of the previous weeks, making a note of what went well and what we could have done better, and then look carefully at what is on the Liturgical Calendar in the weeks to come.

Please consider joining us – the word Liturgy literally means work of the people…and we need more people.
